About Me

Hello I’m Dani Stewart-Wright, and I’m with you on this journey of healing and recovering from trauma. As you’re about to read, you’ll see that I have endured more than my fair share of trauma and quite a few negative experiences myself. In sharing my story, I aim to inspire you and give you hope so that you too, can move through your own traumas to a place where you feel free of them. You have a right to heal and recover, and no longer be held back by what has happened to you.

I have been a nurse for over a decade helping people whilst at their lowest and most vulnerable but was restricted to helping parts of them and not treating the person as a whole. So I decided to move into natural medicines and therapies and help people holistically. I’ve experienced extensive childhood trauma from being exposed to domestic violence, physical abuse, mental abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, and bullying. As a result I had drug abuse and addiction issues that I used to numb the pain. This only made matters worse and led to mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, anger issues, fear, guilt and shame. At times I had suicidal thoughts, as well as having no self-esteem, self-worth or confidence. I wasn’t able to love myself or accept myself.

I have been diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia and CPTSD. I was stuck in negative belief patterns that continually attracted and held on to the wrong people in my life, which continued the cycle of abuse. I’ve also experienced extensive grief with the loss of my father at the age of 22, then my little sister, both to cancer, and have lost other close family members and friends.

That’s a lot for one person to deal with, but I have come through all of this and not only survived but thrived!

I have always had a knowing inside me that life can be lived with more freedom in my heart and mind and so I worked hard, looked under many rocks and kept going until I found therapies to help me heal my traumas. I developed a spiritual belief system and using holistic and natural therapies, this approach helped me more than all the years of conventional medicine did, which were just band aids to my trauma wounds, never getting to the root cause so that they could heal from the inside out. I did fifteen years of top-down talk therapy (counselling and psychology). In three years of using a bottom-up approach of natural therapies using TFT and Kinesiology, I have made more progress in that time than I did in the prior fifteen years.

I began my spiritual and healing journey in my mid to late 20’s, and it has been a deeply transformative path. With determination and commitment to my own growth, I made the decision to leave behind unhealthy coping patterns and follow a calling that had always been within me — to help others.

This led me to pursue a career in nursing, where I dedicated over a decade to supporting people through some of their most vulnerable moments. Despite earlier challenges in my schooling years, I thrived in my studies and developed a strong clinical foundation, along with a deep understanding of the human body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.

Over time, I began to recognise the limitations within the traditional medical model when it came to addressing the deeper emotional and energetic roots of illness, trauma, and distress. This awareness guided me to expand my knowledge into natural therapies and holistic healing modalities.

Today, I bring together the best of both worlds — combining my clinical nursing knowledge with modalities such as Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK), and Bioresonance Frequency Medicine, Umana Energy Healing and Sound Therapy. This integrative approach allows me to support my clients not only physically, but emotionally, energetically, and holistically.

I am deeply passionate about helping others move from survival into a place of safety, clarity, empowerment, and true healing — supporting everything from day-to-day stress to the resolution of long-standing trauma.

During this journey I’ve also been a sole parent and raised a beautiful human. I even managed to buy my own home, and find the love of my life. I have turned my triggers or traumas into glimmers of joy. I learned how to transform my pain into my strengths and to be grateful for all my life’s lessons. This perspective is what led me to truly transform myself. You can do the same.

The Phoenix means so much to me as, in times of doubt and confusion, it symbolises strength, transformation and renewal. I feel it represents me and my journey.

Only from the ashes of who we were, can we rise up and become who we are meant to be.

“Since working with Dani from Holistic Healings using Bioresonance Frequency Therapy for only a short 2 weeks, I have noticed a huge positive difference in my son, Nicholas who has Level 3 Autism in conjunction with Intellectual disabilities.

Nicholas has been much happier, he’s been engaging more with me, laughing more, happier and generally just lighter. He has more patience before getting upset or overwhelmed, he is calmer at night before bed and really enjoys his balancing harmonies and frequencies.

The music being repetitive is a huge plus to Nicholas, knowing what to expect has a calming impact on him. We use one melody in particular at bedtime and Nicholas falls asleep to it. Because of this, Nicholas is much quicker to hand over his technology and accept that it is bedtime, he is all smiles and cuddles instead of being filled with anxiety.

Nicholas has been taking more in when I speak to him and isn’t as combative to try new things. He laughs all the time, compared to before when he mostly just wanted to be by himself and was very dismissive.

I highly recommend trying this alternative holistic based approach, you actually have nothing to lose and the gains are incredible! When my son is happy, so am I, it’s contagious!”
